Good morning everyone. 

Happy Memorial Day. Heehee....we think our friend Chessy might be confusing Memorial Day with Veteran's Day, but that's okay. 

We are going to be doing Memorial Day drawings and some will be sold to make money for the WC. 

We want to wish our friends, Wrigley the American Cocker Spaniel, Cracker the Maltese and Copper the Beagle, a happy birthday and give each a ball.

We will have our Memorial Day band here to dance to.

We will also give our thanks to all the veterans....yes, Chessy is a bit confused. 

We want to wish our  friend, Dobby the Italian Greyhound, a happy gotcha day and give him a ball.

We want to wish our friends, Cruiser aka Roo Roo the Siamese/domestic shorthair mix and Gretchen the domestic shorthair, a happy birthday and give each catnip.

For dinner we will grill burgers and hotdogs  on the beach.

Good morning from the Rainbow Bridge.

Happy Memorial Day!

For breakfast we are having French Toast bake, blueberries, orange juice and milk. 

For lunch we will have Lil Smokies with cheesy dip, sloppy joe tater tot casserole, arugula sald with berries and lemonade. 

For dinner we will have hotdogs, hamburgers, potato chips, French fries, cole slaw, peach sorbet and chocolate milk.

Our bedtime snack will be coconut cheesecake squares and limeade.

Good morning from the Rainbow Bridge. 

Happy Memorial Day!

We did sleep in a bit this morning. The air here at Pine Mountain Ridge is fantastic for a good rest. 

After breakfast, we are gong up on the mountain to remember those who died for the freedoms our humans benefited from. 

There will be a band and a parade and flags will be flown and National Anthems to sing as we remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice...whether humans, dogs or horses...even some birds.

We will meet with those animals who were there to help our humans, too. 

After lunch we willl go to the Lodge for our celebrations. 

We missed the birthday of Pistol Annie the Newfie/Pit Bull for yesterday.

Also for yesterday we missed the five year angelversary of Zeus the MinPin. 

For today:

Happy birthday, Sasha the sister of Angel Rocky the Puppymill survivor and Marzipan the Siamese.

Happy two year angelversary, Hope the Maltese, Durango the MinPin, and Daisy the domestic shorthair. 

Happy four year angelversary, Igloo the Maltese. 

Happy five year angelversary, Little Kitty the domestic shorthair.

We are having cakes, ice cream, games, music and entertainment by the military animals here. 

After dinner will be bathtime as we will be going to bed early so we can pack up and head home tomorrow.  

Our bedtime story will be by Nicky the female domestic shorthair.
