Today in Dreamland Socials, we are doing some major cleaning in the clubhouse, the Warming Center, the nursery and just generally. We want to get started decorating for New Year's now that all the Christmas things are put away.

We want to wish our friend, Irving the Maltese/Shih Tzu, a happy gotcha day.

We want to wish our friends, SiAnna the Maltese and Juniper Berry the Bunny, a happy birthday.

We hope they all have a fun day.

We will be stocking up the huts for our forest friends. Our New Year's party will be Thursday.

Good morning from Rainbow Bridge.

We still have a lot of leftovers from Christmas and have been eating way too much. Heehee.

We haven't had to do a lot of cooking, but Tillie Miss Jesse, Polly and I are still here keeping busy.

Our bakers, headed by Xenia Angel, are still here, too, even though we had so many baked goods made for Christmas.

We will make some special things for New Year's, too. Hopefully we won't be having leftovers through Valentine's Day though. Heehee!

Our bedtime snack today is going to be eggnog and maple pecan cookies.

Good morning from Rainbow Bridge.

We have some new arrivals: Thursday we had the arrival of Pretty Pepper McD, who is a friend.

Christmas Eve we had the arrival of sweet Gus the Yorkie.

It's so hard for families to lose their babies so close to Christmas. 

We are sending our condolences and prayers to these families.

We are celebrating in my lounge today:

Happy birthday, Caesar the Bulldog.

Happy five year angelversary, June and Darla the Beagle sisters.

Happy four year angelversary, Mugly the Chinese Crested.

Happy two year angelversary, Katie the French Bulldog and K9 Officer Rigby the German Shepherd Dog.

Happy one year angelversary, Hazel the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and K9 Officer Loki the German Shepherd Dog.

We are having cakes, ice cream, games, music and entertainment by the Rhesus Monkeys.

Our bedtime story tonight will be by Angel the Domestic Longhair sister from the family of Three Little Ladies.

Good morning from Rainbow Bridge.

Well, Princess Leia asked if her sister, Angel, who is telling our bedtime story tonight, could become a  nursery helper and I am so happy to have her join us.

If any of our helpers have family they want to be in with us, I hope they know they are more than welcome.

Today we are taking the babies to the theater for a puppet show.

Of course, we will be having Angel Sergio's story  tonight before we get home for our own bedtime snack and story.
